My name is Simon Masters and I own and run Masters Residential Leasehold Law.

I’ve been providing legal advice on residential long leasehold property since 2007.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and have since worked in private practice as well as at the Leasehold Advisory Service, where I provided legal advice and legal training to flat owners, their landlords, managing agents, valuers and other solicitors.

I am based in central Brighton but can take instructions from clients whose flats may be located anywhere in England and Wales.

My firm is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (the ‘SRA’) with SRA identification number 806905.
